    Theodora possesses a comprehensive ERP project methodology and a profound knowledge of data strate-gies, cloud migrations, and restructuring projects. Alongside transformation efforts, Theodora prioritizes a customer-centric approach that integrates data and AI strategies, while fostering harmonious collaboration among all business units to achieve sustainable change.

    With 20 years of professional experience, Theodora has demonstrated her core competencies in a dynamic multi-channel e-commerce environment. She has led enterprise-wide implementations of SAP S/4 HANA, as well as data and cloud migration projects involving multicultural teams. Theodora’s strong communication skills are evident in her comprehensive change management capabilities.

    Thanks to her practical, “hands-on” mentality, exceptional strategic skills, and attention to detail, Theodora empowers IT and business units in mid-sized and scale-up companies with complex structures to fully grasp the potential of digital transformation and effectively support its operational implementation.
