Meike’s passion is launching new ideas and unleashing potential with innovative approaches – applied to organizations, business models as well as products and services. She enables companies and teams towards sustainable change in mindsets, strategies, structures, and processes towards more agility. Meike has been entrepreneurially active for 25 years: having founded several companies, she combines strategic visionary foresight, pragmatic implementation, and digital expertise in software development. She is very familiar with agile working methods and lean start-up approaches and has extensive expertise in the implementation of Google Design Sprints as well as in the introduction of OKRs.
In addition to her entrepreneurial activities, Meike takes on consulting and interim mandates for established organizations.
For example, does she use the means of OKRs to restructure companies. Attached to the board of directors, she accompanies essential strategic decisions as well as the design of important business processes. In addition, she develops new business models while creating a sound innovation and growth strategy, including aligning the respective processes and shortening the development cycle significantly.
Meike is a trained mediator and teaches seminars at ESCP Business School as part of international master’s programs. Through her Entrepreneurial Master at MIT/Boston and her activity as an advisory board member in international start-ups, she has cross-national insights into the start-up scene and aspects of digital transformation.
