As part of its product portfolio, Value AG offers a so-called standard report—a report for banks that focuses on quality, efficiency, and compactness. The aim of the project was to further optimize the report from the customer's perspective as well as the processes involved in its creation. At the same time, the entire team was to be involved in the creative process.

Procedure

Project example: VALUE AG

  • Interviews with all participants, including management and a selection of typical customers, initial validation and adjustment of the hypotheses
  • Conducting a 5-day innovation sprint to identify customer requirements
  • Development of a click prototype for internal and external customer validation
  • Conducting a 4-day innovation sprint to identify internal process requirements, develop possible improvements, and validate them
  • Development of a clickable process prototype for internal validation by the expert team

        • Trendsetting validation of presumed and actual customer expectations
        • Development of a new, user-centered ordering process for customers
        • Development of a modern, highly efficient appraisal process without media discontinuity, utilizing all technologies available within the group
        • Validation of the new processes with both customers and appraisers
