Project example: Setting up HR and recruiting a top sales team (France)
In order to recruit an effective sales team for 10 locations in a short period of time, it is necessary to develop a well-thought-out recruiting strategy and an efficient talent acquisition process.
Procedure
Definition of the HR recruiting strategy with the CEO and immediate pragmatic implementation of the recruiting process:
- Reorganization of the HR team and establishment of a recruiting team
- Online research of suitable sources/databases
- Scanning and evaluating CVs
- Personal interviews with A-candidates
- Evaluation, calibration, negotiation of terms
- If positive: immediate creation of an employment contract, onboarding
results
Sales team expanded from 3 to 40 employees in ten locations within four weeks; operational start of sales staff secured.
