The Sales & Operations expert has been a part of the Enable 2 grow network since 2023. With over 25 years of experience in various management and consulting roles, she brings her extensive expertise to guide our cli-ents on their journey to optimizing sales and customer processes.

Her life motto, inspired by Franz Kafka – “Paths are made by walking,” forms the foundation of her consulting philosophy.

Her primary focus is on building scalable sales organizations that shine with operational excellence. For her, sales is much more than just selling; equally important is the sustainable nurturing of customer relationships through efficient customer retention processes.

Her special strength lies in her individual and systemic approach, ensuring that the concepts and strategies developed together are successfully implemented in practice.

In this role, she serves not only as a manager of the implementation process but also as a change manager, coach, and enabler for executives and teams.
