Silke Nora Hein joined enable2grow in 2024 to support clients transform their business with focus on sales excellence. She is an expert in transforming commercial operations – from initial conceptualization to implementation. Silke has profound experience in leading projects in the field of growth strategies as well as enhancement of process efficiency.

Before joining enable2grow, Silke worked at Steelcase where she was responsible for pricing and profitability. Silke has more than 15 years of experience in consulting. At BCG, she worked in business and strategy development as well as digitization. She started her career in KPMG’s advisory business where she led projects in transactions, reorganisation, corporate governance and business development for family-owned businesses.

Silke has strong analytical skills and she has gained proficiency in breaking down complexity into structured approaches with achievable targets. She has international work experience in various European countries as well as in the US. Silke holds a master’s degree in business administration (Diplom-Kauffrau, MBA equivalent) and studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Lausanne.

Whether indoors or outdoors – I like to be on the move. I do a lot of sports such as skiing, hiking, fitness training and Pilates (also as a trainer)

As an advisor my aim is supporting my clients to tackle complex challenges and to transform them into feasible action plans. My consulting approach is collaborative – meaning that I believe the best solutions are shaped taking into account the perspectives of different stakeholders. For me, it has been always most rewarding to enable my clients being more successful and effective on a path we defined together when we bring jointly elaborated solutions to life.
