Christina Gäbler is an dynamic entrepreneur who loves to bring ‘the new’ into the world and therefore to build bridges between stable structures and agile processes, new technologies and different people and perspectives. With over 20 years of experience in the management of transformation, business model development and in- novation strategies in organizations of all sizes, Christina Gäbler combines strategic-visionary vision, prag- matic implementation and ‘digital IQ’. She is well-versed in agile working methods (Scrum, OKR, Lean Start- Up, Design Thinking) and organizational design to develop an optimal organizational structure that makes your company agile, flexible and future-proof. Additionally, she supports start-ups and sca e-ups in their struc- tured business development, is active as a design thinking coach at the ‘German Sustainability Award’ and is a partner in a real estate consultancy for sustainable buildings.
The business graduate is trained at HPI for ‘Digital Entrepreneurship’ and is a certified systematic business consultant for organizational development, ‘agile leadership’ and cultural design. In addition, she is fasci- nated by new technologies (AI, blockchain) and the big topic of sustainability as well as their possible appli- cations and influence on processes in and future viability of companies.
