With over 20 years of experience in the management of transformation, business model development and in- novation strategies in organizations of all sizes, Christina Gäbler combines strategic-visionary vision, prag- matic implementation and ‘digital IQ’. She is well-versed in agile working methods (Scrum, OKR, Lean Start- Up, Design Thinking) and organizational design to develop an optimal organizational structure that makes your company agile, flexible and future-proof. Additionally, she supports start-ups and sca e-ups in their struc- tured business development, is active as a design thinking coach at the ‘German Sustainability Award’ and is a partner in a real estate consultancy for sustainable buildings.

The business graduate is trained at HPI for ‘Digital Entrepreneurship’ and is a certified systematic business consultant for organizational development, ‘agile leadership’ and cultural design. In addition, she is fasci- nated by new technologies (AI, blockchain) and the big topic of sustainability as well as their possible appli- cations and influence on processes in and future viability of companies.
