My Mission & Passion
Efficiency through transparency – sounds obvious, but it is a difficult discipline for many companies. Not because they lack the will or the goal, but because day-to-day business, growth pressure, and historical legacy often mean that the time and resources are not available.
This is precisely where my approach and my strength lie, namely in setting up finance departments, and have done for almost 20 years. It’s about developing tailor-made processes and tools for the company that serve as a GPS for management and investors and also show scenarios for how the strategic goal can actually be achieved.
