Efficiency through transparency—it sounds obvious, but it’s a difficult discipline for many companies. Not because they lack the will or the goal, but because day-to-day operations, growth pressures, and legacy systems often leave them short on time and resources.
This is precisely where my approach and strength have lain for nearly 20 years: in building finance departments. It’s about developing processes and tools tailored to the company that serve as a GPS for management and investors, while also outlining scenarios for how the set strategic goal can actually be achieved.
