More than 25 years of executive search, 20,000 interviews, and countless transformation projects: I know where algorithms make a difference—and where real human intuition is needed.
My mission: To support companies and executives in such a way that, with AI and a clear compass, they can attract the best talent, develop teams, and redefine themselves as leaders. Whether PE- or VC-driven start-ups, scale-ups, companies in transformation, or experienced C-level executives—my goal is to turn ambitions into concrete results and successes and to get companies and careers moving.
What drives me? Clarity. Curiosity. The ambition to get the best out of every talent—without standard solutions, always with vision.
And in my private life? Exercise is my energy booster—as a trained Pilates trainer, I spend time on the reformer, power walking on the beach, or hiking in the mountains almost every day. I am convinced that true innovation begins with the willingness to challenge yourself again and again.
