In sales and marketing, C.H. BECK is implementing and planning a large number of projects to further strengthen its medium-term competitiveness. Against the backdrop of finite resources, the goal was to create a strategic framework for action. This framework is intended to facilitate the identification and prioritization of relevant issues and to sharpen understanding of value levers, including their rough quantification.
