My Mission & Passion

“Entrepreneurship is like riding a bike: you don’t learn it in college or from textbooks, but from people who know how to do it and are willing to share their knowledge. What really matters is your own personality: relevant experience, an open attitude toward your own strengths and weaknesses, and the ability to quickly build connections, relationships, and trust with people—and to inspire and empower them with ideas and concrete steps. That’s how I learned it back in competitive sports as a handball player. People always say, ‘All business is about people,’ but they don’t really understand it, because change doesn’t happen in PowerPoint slides—it happens in concrete interactions with people.”

Experiences

Co-founded 4 tech startups, 1 exit in the deep tech sector, consistently involved from the early stages in tech-driven transformation in operational roles: from e-commerce, social media, business networks, and SaaS to deep tech and AI. Held VP-level positions at international, market-leading corporations.

Practical approaches to leadership, corporate culture, and entrepreneurial action. A deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and how companies can benefit from it.
