With more than 25 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and consulting/delivery, I navigate the entire revenue and profit journey—from lead to loyalist—and ensure that consistent customer focus directly contributes to the bottom line. As with mountain biking, I combine endurance, technique, and the right tools so that we can reach the summit faster—and enjoy the descent.

With my multi-tool kit of design thinking, AI-driven insights, and proven CRM frameworks, I find the most profitable line and create flow. Not a flash in the pan, but a sustainable stage tour on which we jointly tap into long-term profit zones.
