My Mission & Passion
Even after many years, it still gives me great pleasure when a tech entrepreneur is happy to have our help in securing funding for his vision, or when we are able to work with a medium-sized entrepreneur to pass on his life’s work to new hands.
Of course, there is a lot of work to be done before a transaction is completed, but with determination, commitment, and a dash of humor, it is almost always possible to achieve even ambitious goals. My many years of experience as an entrepreneur (EUR 200m+ in sales) and investor certainly come in handy here.

Strategy & Finance in the broadest sense, i.e., classic sell-side or buy-side M&A mandates, exit management, buy-and-build programs, carve-outs. Industry focus on B2B services and deep tech, but also medtech.
