My Mission & Passion
Even after all these years, it still gives me great pleasure when a tech entrepreneur is happy to have secured the funding for his vision with our help, or when we’ve been able to work with a mid-sized business owner to place his life’s work in new hands.
Of course, a lot of work lies ahead for everyone before a transaction is finalized, but with determination, commitment, and a dash of humor, we almost always succeed in achieving even the most ambitious goals. My many years of experience as an entrepreneur (€200m+ in revenue) and investor certainly come in handy here.
Experiences
Strategy and finance in the broadest sense, including traditional sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, exit management, buy-and-build programs, and carve-outs. In terms of industries, we focus on B2B services and deep tech, as well as medtech.
