Even more than 13 years after founding enable2grow, there is nothing more fulfilling for me than accompanying companies and people on their individual journeys to successful and sustainable growth. What drives me is my "growth mindset," which combines empathy, courage, a desire for innovation, and the power to implement ideas.
Speaking of which: power is key! In my private life, I do a lot of sports, especially tennis, yoga, kitesurfing, and skiing. I also recently returned from a twelve-month sailing trip around half the world with my family.
