My Mission & Passion

I support organizations and leadership teams during times when growth, change, or crises call for new clarity. When structures can no longer keep pace with the dynamics, when responsibilities become unclear, or when teams lose their energy, I help restore direction, focus, and the ability to take action. My strength lies in recognizing potential, bringing tensions to light, and getting organizations moving again—with clear structures, simple decision-making processes, and a leadership culture that empowers accountability. This perspective stems from my own experience. As a managing partner, I have guided a company through periods of strong growth, M&A processes, and a restructuring that culminated in insolvency. I know the reality of leadership under pressure and understand how crucial clarity, trust, and cohesion are during such phases. Today, I combine operational leadership experience with systemic organizational development and work with leadership teams to simplify structures, strengthen accountability, and accelerate implementation. Journeys of change require courage. And they require trust—in oneself, in the team, and in the process. In my personal life, sports are my compass. From athletes and high-performance teams, I have learned to handle pressure, transform setbacks into energy, and keep my focus on the future—an attitude that has also been shaped by my personal experience with atopic dermatitis.
