As an experienced operational manager, Kati Rittberger brings her expertise in digital business models, sales architecture and transformation to enable2grow’s customers. It leads to success in growth scenarios as well as necessary consolidations or realignments. In addition to structured project management, the integration and development of the customer’s employees play a central role in her work.

Kati’s expertise is based on an economic business degree and a solid sales career. Change has always been a central element in her professional life. It began with her personal adjustment to a new economic system after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 during her studies. At UPS in the 2000s, she was not only one of the first female managers in the German market, but was also responsible for establishing the inside sales channel, which brought 70 employees into new tasks and countless customers new relationships with the company. Since 2006, Kati has been moving in the dynamic world of the digital economy, in which she has accompanied growth and migration phases and, as managing director, has been responsible for strategic realignments. A Chief Digital Officer (CDO) certificate and the qualification as a systemic coach round off her enabler profile.

Her extensive practical experience, her methodological expertise and her empathetic, activating personality make Kati the perfect enabler to make change in the company as an opportunity. If revenue and earnings are the company goals, under her guidance, employees become the driver for mutual success.
