My Mission & Passion

My motivation is to delve deeply into business models and markets in order to understand them thoroughly, identify new paths to a successful future for the company, and pursue these paths together with customers. My growth mindset and my affinity for not only planning the entrepreneurial journey but also implementing it together with the customer team help me in this endeavor.

In my private life, I enjoy exploring new countries, preferably those with exciting diving spots to discover, such as Indonesia, Palau, or French Polynesia. On the one hand, it’s always important to “plan your dive, dive your plan,” but on the other hand, it’s also important to react quickly and calmly to potential challenges and avoid unnecessary risks so that all diving partners reach their destination safely.
