My Mission & Passion

I am driven by the question of how good strategy translates into measurable corporate value. Together with CEOs, founders, and investors, I work to align growth, monetization, and organizational structure in a way that sustainably improves EBITDA, scalability, and exit readiness. I combine the ability to penetrate complex situations, develop rigorous strategies, and clearly define value creation frameworks with deep operational experience in consistently executing strategies—leading organizations, aligning teams, and making decisions with P&L accountability. My approach is hands-on, analytical, and consistently execution-oriented: from identifying clear value creation levers through pricing and portfolio architectures to operational implementation in organization, governance, and leadership. I support companies throughout their entire lifecycle—from growth and transformation through buy-and-build to exit preparation. Outside of work, I recharge my batteries in nature and through physical activity. You’ll find me running or cycling, mountain climbing or skiing, on the water windsurfing, stand-up paddling, or kayaking—or in the water doing the crawl, as well as at the gym. After a good workout, I enjoy unwinding with a good book, fine dining, and an excellent glass of red wine.
